Before I stepped in, Next Smile Australia was running Facebook and YouTube ads for their All-On-4 Dental Implant events, but results were inefficient. Registrations were coming in, but cost per lead was too high, making it difficult to scale.

Despite ongoing ad spend, performance stalled.

The main issue? Limited creative variations led to ad fatigue and high CPL, while the campaign structure limited proper optimization.

How I Fixed It:

✔️ Expanded Creative Testing: Shifted from deploying only 1–2 ads to testing multiple creative variations per ad set, allowing better delivery and reduced fatigue.

✔️ Copy Testing & Simplification: Tested shorter, more direct ad copy against the original client-provided templates to improve engagement and conversion efficiency.

✔️ Campaign Structure Optimization: Tested and refined CBO while correcting ad settings that were impacting efficiency and delivery.

✔️ Scaled Winning Ads: Identified top-performing creatives and scaled them strategically to increase volume while maintaining lead quality.

The Result? 34% more leads, 45+ All-On-4 Dental Implants Attendees with Average Conversion Rate Of 18%
